Personally, I enjoy self-managing and screening is my favorite thing, so I'm not in the market for PM services, but a lot of my clients that I work with and other fellow investors would be interested in it.

And I don’t want to write a book about it. 

Imagine turning your investment into a personal getaway when it’s not booked—sounds way better than a condo-hotel in Vegas, right?

Most of my cancellations were within the cancellation period and I charge a cancellation fee for my direct bookings.

Then I wrote 3 books, became the person in charge of education in my REI and had to produce presentations every month (at least 2) for it, and before I knew it,...It's not as hard as you think, at least it was for me. 

During the summer months there are a few events, functions and festival type activities going on so you get a few bookings around that.

When did you buy, is it an area you're interested in continuing to invest in, how are bookings during the off-season, etc?

Do you have someone that manages it all including bookings and customer service or just specific parts like cleaning only?
