It makes the dialogue more between the two members rather than with the whole membership (unless you take extra steps to click on every triangle).

I have been interview these folks and almost down to the right folks.What I am seeking from the community is experience from those that have done this and have been successful but also those that have pitfalls to learn from those to either not make the same mistake, or do what works. 

But what you pay extra for those lots doesn't justify the return in rents you're going to get.

Many of us will gladly share our contacts - helping you AND that allows us to provide value to our contractors by referring them extra business.

You might find that they could charge enough extra rent to pay for themselves.

(Just don't tell your lender that you are going to do that) The umbrella policy is an extra layer.

I'd love to have a solid list of folks I could trust.

I fund a lot of folks that do this. its just wholesaling dirt .. nothing sinister .. some try to actually buy it others try to tie it up and assign contracts.
