Very nice, very respectful and overall super pleasant and appreciative...BUT...they checked in and wondered if I had a wall clock, they needed a reading light, wondered about a 6' extension cord or if I could get them one, were there more hangers etc.

Do not expect a property manager to spend an extensive amount of time accurately analyzing your property without paying them.

Depends on the scope of the project, but I'd guess yes if a more extensive project or your messing with plumbing, electrical, or HVAC.
