It is generally legal for a landlord to include provisions in a lease regarding the duration of guest stays and potential charges for extended visits.

It's important for investors to know that most Mexican banks will extend you a loan in Mexican pesos, not USD.

New laws have changed that by extending Cobra from 18 months to 24 months.

As with most extended warranties such as cars, electronics, etc your almost always better off self insuring. 

Correct some like me need more time, and yes they extended my contract to 180days as they are pushing for success!

If it were my lease, I'd just add language in an addendum to clearly state it was under the month-to-month provision from dates x to y, now lease term is extended to ... and all other provisions still remain in effect. 

In some cases, you can extend your Homeowners Liability to cover that lot.
