So it sounds like you guys have endured a couple live-in rehabs. 

As someone who endured winters in MN for far too many years, Seattle winters feel like summer in comparison.

So far despite the hardships many are enduring I think we've been remarkably resilient.  

I really hope that things aren't that stupid but I am truly sorry if you had to endure that and I understand the exodus of landlords and people in general that don't feel like funding excessive welfare and why these policies passed by people with little to no common sense are failing out there.I would say like others have said about having a team of people established.

The common characteristics that I see are enduring ambition/work ethic, emotional resiliency, embracing change, accountability (ownership) and a willingness to help others and subvert your own personal goals to the goals of the organization. 

The tolerance they endured for the abysmal conditions on the streets & subways had gone completely.They have since befriended a large group of ex-NYC in FL, that they commiserate with, but no-one is planning on ever going back.

Than he invites the art school kids out, holds a contest for $10k 1st prize on best art done and thing was everything had to be enduring permanent affixed items.
