I am on the left side of there home, the women (Caucasian also about 70) on the right came to me and the neighbor across the street asking us to join her in her noise complaint.

That is the poor man or women way of thinking.

You might want to check with the local rehab community and find out if there is a need in your area for such housing, for men, women or there's possibly a niche of women with children. 

If it's a nice building shared with others (notably women or children), then no.

My wife and I joined the local REIA and she joined their WIRE (Women In Real Estate) group, trying to get involved once a month by networking with people.
