Fast forward, today government bodies in numerous cities have rolled out ordinances in order to adapt and embrace short term rentals with vacation rental license permits.

Once largely the province of fast-food brands, drive-thrus have been embraced by quick-service restaurants over the past year as consumers sought out socially distanced, contact-free food options.

Embrace it!

Buyers are still hungry they just decided to eat a little healthier.

Go have fun, embrace the things that interest you and you will meet people organically that way as well.

It is going to a healthier market.

Our market is pretty stable and we haven't seen a drop in price but activity is slowing(more of a healthier market).

Or I would go up to a Lake George or out to the catskills where I think they embrace STR's because of the money it brings in to the local business.
