When the first deal failed I turned to BP to get answers to questions I had that were not being answered by DFO and share my experience with other LPs.Within a few days I received an email DFO stating:"I will be sending you a legal letter in the mail and email tomorrow regarding your false and misleading internet comments."

I can't imagine they would exclude PA. 

Trying to get a hold of them on the phone/email has been a challenge as well.

I submitted an offer that must have been competitive because the seller responded via email with a counter on terms, then called my realtor and asked if I had seen it in person.

The syndicator refuses to give me updates and does not return emails.

Because I sent them an e-mail and they sent me the link in the original post (https://www.cmha.net/housing/landlords/rent.php) that shows that amount.

I imagine there may be steps to take with the city upfront to determine if in fact the ground on the lot can be built on, but some general guidance or tips on best place to start and what to expect throughout the new construction process in Buffalo.

I imagine owners can live there, you just can't rent it.
