There is still a housing shortage, but investors just need to be conscious of the market they are in & the demographics of the industries they are expecting renters and how severely they'd be impacted.

If you are really knowledgeable in investments, I would take a year or 2 or however long it takes you to comfortably afford a home and not have an anxious conscious about constantly trying to keep your head above water.

As for intentional flooding, not sure that is the correct phrase but it was a conscious decision that was made by officials to release water from dams and levy's.

That makes sense.They really aren't disclosures.but they make sense, because it just re-iterates the most important points that an unscrupulous investor may purposely try to hide from the seller and get into hot water.Total transparency would be the reason for these acknowledgements, not because I have a guilty conscious.
