Another important detail - a decent amount of Section 8 tenants have some sort of physical disability and much prefer to live on the first floor (because they have trouble climbing steps); and so it's definitely easier to rent a 1st floor unit out, Section 8-wise.

All 3 tenants in the unit are on disability and telling me I can't kick them out in winter or basically at all because they are handicapped.I know there is a law that the power company cannot disconnect your heat in winter in Wisconsin but can you end a month to month lease??
