But as I state and I have worked in over 20 markets you can find these homes virtually everywhere.WE can find condo's in Vegas still for under 30k.. and I am sure other desert cities.

If you don't know how to fix a problem locally, it'll be compounded from a distance.Why not start in the outlying area like Hemet, San Jacinto or hHgh Desert and Antelope Valley markets where you can drive to the property?
