So, if you (your tenant living in the tiny house) don't have a dog that bites neighbors, or mental disorder that has you getting into fist fights with your neighbors (either would invoke the "direct threat" exception to the Fair Housing Act), you can basically do WHATEVER THE HELL YOU WANT, as long as it's "reasonable" to the DISABILITY involved.

If you are talking about the east side of Cleveland, it is depressed, but you can buy cheap, rents are high and you have the support of Police and fire from the City Of Cleveland.

I have no idea where he's been since, but he runs some sort of investment outfit and seems to have survived so far.The same high-risk stupid bets had brought down the system several times in the past, the most famous being the Great Depression era, which made the high-risk idea rather unpopular for quite a few years.
