This is a delicate situation since you don't want a squatter, and the remaining tenant likely thinks he can get away with paying 1/3 rent and staying as long as he can.

But we did look at a home in Hilton Head that had all the walls covered in beautiful fabric & the ceilings were rough hewn pine.

Your RV folks might enjoy.Also, if you do any rock roads, use "Engineer Fabric" under them. 

Essentially, MH manufacturers tend to leave no corner uncut when it comes to fabricating these homes.

It’s a delicate balance and I’d never give this type of advice in normal times, but the evictions restrictions have tied our hands and given Tenants the leverage and power.  

If you have to do 45 degree or rounded counters or other non-standard shapes and sizes, then the fabrication is going to cost more and the end result (additional renter appeal) won't be worth the additional money.
