Guys - I am a limited partner & invest in a multi-family building passively that was sold resulting in passive gains for 2024.

-As far as trying to sell land with no access, sometimes I've sold those to neighbors who want to increase their acreage, or utility companies, cities or other public entities who could use the piece for whatever reason.

WE did this for go zone tax bene's  which worked well in those years.but the issue comes that keeping nice bigger new homes in great shape just cost more than little rental dingers.. and in fact as i sold them off I had to do 10 to 20k of cap ex on each one to get full market price.. 

We've also bought and sold several in that area and have several connections if needed.  

Somehow this squatter found out that the place was being sold, maybe saw the agent, I really dont know but they robbed the place. 

How hard is it to get about 4 homes similar to the one you will sell and look at what they sold for? 

I am pretty sold on DataFlik's stacked lists, but I wanted to run this question by all of the smart investors here at BP.
