You might as well say:No one that is bipolarNo one that has diabetesNo one that has clinical depressionNo one that has a physical disabilityAll of these can contribute to weight gain.

And attracting good tenants is THE goal.I've learned by trials of fire in buying houses in all kinds of neighborhoods (except the worst slums) --  all the way from trashy houses in low income neighborhoods to one I own right now, on a private golf course.  

This type of hands-on environment is not for everyone..but it is for folks who want to dramatically shorten the curve and avoid lots of trial by fire!.

They filed multiple bankruptcies without following through on every eve of my trial date.

Now if you know the steps before this, building rapport, the upfront agreement to avoid the me think it over, discovering the motivation of the seller, and decreasing the asking price, this “what if step” is just a trial close, and unless you really haven’t done a good job with the 4 steps before, if this should be very easy, should be an easy close.

If you do have something to lose, like a spouse, then this might not be a great trial run.

I am trying to use the rental property calculator and each time I go back to edit it, it uses up one of my fee trials  whats up with that should I be doing something different.
