I did this three years ago, but I only had one child (2 at the time).

@Caleb Heimsoth Another reason why it's hard for us to settle in millington is because we have a school age child and I haven't found a good elementary school in millington but found a few in Cordova and alot in Bartlett.

In my experience they just want to see that it's not easy to access - especially for a child.

While we fell in love with this child from the beginning, it quickly became apparent that he had severe emotional, developmental and behavioral problems,  He was the kind of kid who got expelled from kindergarten. 

Surely, I am not heading up as often because of a newborn, but will try to do so once she is older. 

He wants me to present it so that even a child could understand.

He was so shocked, and I also asked him to report the parents for child neglect . 

Does anyone have thoughts on purchasing multifamily homes in Childs Park, St. 

I would categorize no A/C as an emergency if you have elderly or newborn tenants.
