Will your renters likely have them (family with a lab) or be too busy (graduate students)...Also, fit the pet guidelines with your condo rules and look at developing your pet policy; the tips here for screening the pet (and their owner) seem ideal....

. - I have not come across one real estate coaching program where the students get to come to a hands on labs event where they make money paying nothing to attend the labs!!

What I learned was: -no one will care for my property like I do-people seem great at first, but then stuff happens, management changes and things can get bad quick-to sleep well at night, I need to know I don't have raccoons, bees or meth labs in my property due to poor management or lack of oversight-buying local is expensive, but has more value to me because I can manage my own property and can make sure it's being cared for-travel is expensive-I owned property for 10 years and went out there three times.

Beyond pricing, price labs can show seasonality along with the perks that hosts offer based off of similar properties and total bookings. 

For instance, many may dream of being a Medical Doctor.So they may even enroll in College but when they hit the Organic Chemistry course, it weeds them right out.

I have a dual bachelor's in chemistry and biochemistry, master's in public health/epidemiology, a PhD in Nutrition/Community Health, board-certified Traditional Naturopath, and personal trainer.

We even had a whole lab of NEXT computers, straight from Steve Jobs himself.   :-)    Most colleges were liberal long before the internet, free love and the hippies of the 60s are just the safe spaces of today.
