Would def recommend a presentation (free of charge) from on of the tardus coaches to see how the system works. 

Our biggest climate risks in central Texas are typically wind and hail, so anything of concern regarding the roof could get an applicant declined including trees too close to the roof surface, roof over 10 years old, etc.

It may sound nice to pay a 6% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no additional fees.

I only charge a 10% mgmt fee, nothing else.

That it can impact your 5 star review more than what you can charge on a daily rate.

These would be bare rental units where tenant builds to suit or we could with appropriate rent charge.

I noticed that Chase and Bank of America charge fees for wires unless you meet specific criteria.

Some transport companies have house kats that can get off the road and onto the site for an additional charge or you can hire a third party if the access from the road is limited.
