As we renovated the property, added perimeter parking for cars/boats/RV and commercial vehicles and filled up the office bldg the cash flow was over $50K/month.

I don't want to drive a car, park etc. 

The house is a 3 bed 1 bath 1200sq ft house on a concrete slab (no basement) and a detached 2 car oversized garage.

I have retired and have virtually every toy I want, a nice family (child is graduating from UCSB next Month), and some good friends.  7 cars, boat, motorcycle, nice home.
