Kind of like CAM charges in commercial leases.

I know this is an old post I cam across but it is quite inspiring.

I wouldn't Nanny Cam my contractors and subs, it would set the wrong atmosphere to the working relationship.  

I have set up trail cams before but I never get a good picture of a vehicle, license plate, face, etc.I'm really looking for a wireless camera(s) that I can set up temporarily (for a few days to a couple of weeks) at a property that will take and send photos to my phone and/or record video. 

From what I understand PCB's Shores of Panama's HOA/CAM LET THE FREAKING INSURANCE LAPSE, then we had Hurricane Michael, and they were caught with their pants down. 

Things like cam and percentage rents as well as true ups, budgets, financial reporting and reconciliations construction and Tenant Improvements are all a function of your job.

CPM, RMP, and CAM may be meaningless to an owner who doesn't understand the industry acronyms, but it will put you in the elite circle at association events.
