What is your response time for reservations, how closely are you monitoring your calendars, rates, etc.

I can talk in terms of conventional financing.It honestly doesn't really matter where you start, as long as you do both within the same calendar year OR you suck up and pay more taxes to uncle Sam.

I agree with Luke.Best you can do is look at their calendar and rates to get an idea of what their pulling in. 

Could you do that properly on Airbnb so that calendars among these listings are all properly linked and won't conflict?

What I can see is the bookings I have on my calendar and how crazy high my nightly rate is now.
