Things happen quick in the lending arena nowadays...

I know these are harder to get nowadays and the few lenders I've spoken to are all talking 20%+ down even with good credit.

I fly over the San Fernando valley all the time...was buzzing it quite a bit today actually.

Driveways are blocked and the building is buzzing.  

I do handle things differently nowadays.

That can all be done from the phone app nowadays!  

Will & Aaron, you both referred to "lower hanging fruit" (activities presumably easier and more rewarding than REO wholesaling)....might you enlighten us on what you two consider to be the "easier things to chase" nowadays?

(FYI, this is their first year of tenancy.)We'd LIKE to place the home on the market (vacant, which is easier for agents to show/sell) sooner than August 1st (or so), in order to take advantage of the summer "buzz".My question for you, is how would YOU go about "breaking the ice" to them? 

Although not a new concept, crowdfunding has been the new buzz word recently and has been impacting many industries.

Or more so to tapping into the homeowners psyche with the right images and buzz words?
