Just because it doesn't cash flow in the first year or two, it doesn't mean it won't be an awesome rental for you down the line.

Rent is already in line with the market on all 3 properties and we have a few hundred dollars of cash flow.

It is not like your product line gets banned by the government or your company is bankrupted.
