Half the time they may not even realize they are acting as the GC and have that added responsibility or what that entails.

Equity and cash flow are equally important when deciding whether to pull money out.If you can put the equity to work by adding another property while still having a nice cushion on your cash flow, then I would say definitely yes.

We mainly own SFR and do LTR but last year we added our first STR and its been a great experience.

If anyone can explain what it's really doing for me and how is it doing it.Would you recommend adding an "Umbrella" LLC in Wyoming to own  all the others to preserve the anonymity and stronger asset protection laws?

We added value by getting this home way under asking with seller concessions.

I added a new software platform, got rid of all abandoned vehicles, raised rents, seal-coated and striped parking lot, took out loads and loads of trash, got the phone number working and started marketing to local community groups.

Also <most times> adding a extra bedroom but not adding sq ft doesn’t help much on ARV specially currently being under 1,500sq ft.

The issue than became adding utilities. 

My question is if we are marketing this as land, is more value added from the 2020 mobile home or the multiple utility hook ups?
