Ran into some unexpected issues with having to run new power for the stove as well as having to run new water lines for the bathroom and kitchen.

The home has a basement, which, with some work, can be a 2 bedroom one bathroom unit.

Many renovations and updates are already done (half the windows, all bathrooms, both kitchens) and I love a Tudor.

Especially when it comes to bathrooms and kitchen.

New flooring, new paint, new fixtures, updated kitchen and bathroom.

I’ve heard for AirBnBs the bathrooms don’t matter much and we plan to put money/ focus into the living room, kitchen and outdoor space.

We removed 4 walks (including load baring), installed 2 walls, added half bath, replaced all plumbing and electrical, added new eye brow porch, painted full exterior (changed color), replaced all flooring, new bathroom and kitchen layout with everything replaced (shower, cabinets/vanity, counter, appliances, etc), stocked with new furniture, added mini split, removed gas/wood fireplace and added a new electrical fireplace, and placed initial STR tenant in 2 months and 1 week.  

You mentioned things like adding a 2nd and 5th bathrooms as well as repairs on house 1 (did you do all of them yourself?)

If a room has their own bathroom, obviously that would not be part of the cleaner's responsibility as they would not be entering any of the private spaces.Renting by the room will get you more money, but will also require more work on your part as there will be personality clashes (do not get involved in those).
