@Patrick Hagerty It depends on whether that $200K is a down payment or your total budget.If it's a down payment, most of greater Boston is open to you, however the prices in most of Boston are astronomical.  3-plexes in Jamaica Plain (where I grew up) are routinely selling close to $2M.
