@Rajagopalarao PaidiRecognize time is also money if you are financing it and I have found without an agent will take longer to sell.Also are you local where you could manage all the showings, advertising etc?

It's hard for me to imagine suburban office / retail getting hit harder than it already has, and a small building for small companies in the services field feels interesting to me - right now that's a "Feel" and I have to wrap my head around whether data supports this hunch or not, but I do at the very least like the fact that office has been hit so hard, and seems to have no net new supply coming online.

Have the agent video everything, just in case tenant is there and causes a scene or refuses access.You will either get the work done or have a video supporting your eviction.

However, if your income can't support the debt of the mortgages plus whatever else you may have (car loan, student loans, etc) then you may NEED that lease signed in order to offset some of the debt.

Their new online system is really confusing, and I have had to call customer support for help each time I needed to wire/ACH funds because I could never figure it out on my own (and their customer service chat box isn't set up yet).
