If they turn 18 while in your unit it won't matter because you will only access offenses listed/charged as an adult, which would be none unless they're committing crimes as they live in your unit and turn 18.

As I have gotten into high school and really started to be aware of the world around me I can’t help but notice how broke most adults around me are and it’s sad that they focus all there time on working for someone else just to make enough to get by and they hardly even live there lives.

So here’s some background about me:I have been a welder for almost all of my adult life.I bought a triplex which I house hack in Tacoma, WA just over a year ago.I am wanting to rent out all units and buy another small multi family to house hack.But here’s the kicker.I also got my real estate license at the start of the year.Up until July 31st, I welded full time/over time at night and sold real estate during the day.The project I was on finished, and I decided to dive DEEP into real estate sales.In September I made just under 100k in gross commission income.

My lease doesn’t expire till Dec, but since there have been problems before, the office isn’t fighting it, it’s already rented by the way.2 weeks ago......  2 adults with 4 kids moved in next door.
