If the new administration actually enacts their policy stances on tariffs, immigration, trying to ignite the economy even more....all of those things add up to higher inflation.

Obviously there’s a number of things that can go wrong, I’m just curious if you find the documents less effective than one from an experienced lawyer but you are willing to accept less quality for a cheaper product or if you actually find them more effective in the first place.

They do not appreciate like actual real estate and your caliber of tenant can be lower which can bring with it its own problems.

With probate and prefreclosure it is particularly important how recent your leads list is to the actual initiation  of the probate and preforeclosure case/recording. 

And then if they are, they're actually willing to do the back & forth negotiations require. 

Knowing where you actually stand enables you to plan the next one with greater certainty.
