Real estate involves far more than this activity depending on whether you are a developer, wholesaler, property manager, flipper, lender, broker/agent, etc.

Up to now I've put my money into the stock market and I'm looking into diversifying into real estate as well.My current goal (assuming I decide to move forward) is to actively start in a year or two by buying a single modest place as a long-distance investor.

The new law in Oklahoma for wholesaling activity called "Predatory Real Estate Wholesaler Prohibition Act"states  that an equitable interest (a wholesale or assignable contract) can not be PUBLICLY MARKETED as shown below.

When someone becomes motivated, they actively search for solutions to their problem.

But we have a smaller one (1100 sq ft) in a lesser subdivision and not gatlinburg  that is getting tons of activity since we put it up for sale and it isn't complete. 

Even $2-$5/day makes a big difference in my experience3) Follow up and ask engaging questions to the prospects.

But when you are really ready to get going, you would engage a civil engineer and/or an architec, and eventually a general contractor/builder.

I agree with everyone else that the downvote is more apt to be used for purposes other than it just being a bad post and the best remedy for a bad post or a bad comment is to quote it and engage with it and give your side.
