I can't comment on the accuracy of the expected rents, but the expense estimates seem reasonable.

I believe these guys don't even look at this if the loan is under $500k (but i would need to double-check this for accuracy on this specific program).In Idaho, their starting rate is 11.5%, and they charge points and fees... so you'd want to run the numbers and see if it makes sense to refi your 1st plus cash-out vs taking out a 2nd TD and leaving your 1st as-is.

You have no control over who did the inspection nor the accuracy thereof. 

In their presentation they say they have a system that has a 80-90% accuracy of making money with them selecting a wide range of what they call a "cash flow zone" based on the movement of the big indexes such as the S&P 500, NASDAQ, Russell 2000 etc.

Hello BP Community: I had a question in regard to the accuracy of surveys.

The insurance companies investigate any claim and look into the filers background and credibility for statements and accuracy.

@Brandon L.Not sure how experienced you are, but everyone and their brother knows Zillow is perpetually MONTHS behind with their listings accuracy etc, which causes headaches for both the client and the agents..
