I know it's not pompano but I run a VR I'm Boca and have worked with HomeAway and airnnb. 

We have recently booked a VR in Austin for a trip in November, sorry we didn't see this first! 

For instance Anaheim came as a 10 (means totally VR friendly), which was true until June 2016 but things have changed 180 degrees since then.

Brings in a lot of VR vendors to speak online. 

But someone elsewhere said I was creating a legal liability for myself sharing a Gmail account created just for that apartment with the tenant, like what if they used it to download child porn or something.

Considering a VR for our next purchase as well. 

Consider using one or more of the units and renting to students, or renting by the room or renting as a VR and/or renting bedrooms in the unit you will live in to juice your gross revenue and your returns.

We could probably go cheaper if we hire hourly but we use an established VR cleaning company with our own designated cleaner for most cleans.

We're looking to purchase a VR in Folly or SSI in the next few years.  

A new ordinance was passed on Wednesday- I think most VR owners welcome the changes , if the city will enforce the rules it should work out well.The number of contracts was amended from 32 to 36 , the additional 4 to be used in the summer months .
