He is in a surgery office and makes well over $100k.

I don't tell people how to do a 5 way bypass even though it is a cookie cutter surgery now a days and there may be a book on it or a software program that might explain how to do it.

I have interest in this subject but 7 AM plus my wife has surgery that afternoon. 

Knowledge is power, and I expected my heart valve to be replaced by a Doctor trained to do that type of surgery, and I wanted one that went to formal school (paid for), and didn't rely on videos, tapes of books to learn.I also expected to get my best, and most important knowledge from mentors I paid. 

This really isn't major surgery.
