I don't try to evict based on neighbor complaints as those aren't super reliable and the people likely won't show up to court.

As I wrote in another reply too - one more benefit for me is that in a way it's "forced savings" - I have to find a way to pay the bill...

However, San Diego is an extreme case.However rents increase fast in San Diego.
