I liked all the features and it was super simple to set up.

In my market and markets around me you can get a high quality rental for 150-300k.Rentals aren't feasible for everyone especially if you're in a market that's super expensive and not a seasoned real estate investor this is what leads people to invest out of state passively. 

I'm particularly interested in understanding:- Key renovation aspects that meet Section 8 standards- Common pitfalls to avoid in the process- Any specific features or improvements that are highly recommended to facilitate a smooth inspection and tenant satisfactionAny advice or a checklist you wish you had when you started would be super helpful.Thanks a lot!

Being able to introspect about yourself and use other people's advice from their life experiences is super tricky.I heard Brandon Turner repeatedly say not to build multiple bridges at once, and that is EXACTLY what I did (tried to wholesale, broker, contractor, flip, etc.) and had to learn for myself. 

I am super interested in "fully prefabricated off-site construction."

Personally I don't mind moving into a nicer house every couple/few years, the house we just bought and moved into is super nice.

Then you have the points and underwriting and processing fee which some may only have one.Overall, there are a few items in there that seem a bit high but in the grand scheme of things they are not way overblown or super high.

I think this is a trend and is super niche.
