There is no give on that 45 day list and any intermediary who will let you cut that corner is going to be very dangerous to work with.If your QI doesn't understand how to help you strategically fit the pieces of this puzzle into a win win for you and the seller that's another story.

Read David Greene's book Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat You already handle the Buy and Rehab parts which I think are the hardest pieces of the puzzle personally.Just keep learning here, and you will succeed.

Less money spent on supplies, less wear and tear on your place, less money spent on utilities, fewer guest headaches, etc.Bottom line: there’s a LOT of puzzle pieces you have to get right to make this work really well, but once you master it, it can be very rewardingI preferred to invest in the year-round high revenue parts of the US where you can earn a lot of money year-round.
