@Troy F. speaking from experience as a licensed real estate broker in Iowa and in the Cedar Rapids MLS, the Cedar Rapids purchase agreement specifically calls out a clause if the property is a rental property (Y or N).

Either way, make sure to consult with your real estate agent or attorney to ensure everything is legally sound, and keep the buyer informed about the timing.

Used enirely OPM to buy this one, and borrowed money from a family member who is in commercial real estate to do the renovation.
