I knew this was the path when all of millennial friends keep telling me they will never buy a house and continue to rent.How you came to join BiggerPockets?

I love that it scares most people and seems archaic for today’s millennial investors who want to use software and online resources .

@Gregory Delmonico I actually saw a news story yesterday morning on CBS morning news that said Millennials are more into renting forever than ever buying a house because 1) They haven’t saved any money up for a down payment 2) They don’t make enough money to try to save for a down payment 3) They have too many school loans, college debt 4) They don’t want all of the extra responsibility of home ownership.

Most millennials had all these expenses paid for by their parents growing up which ultimately cripples them as adults. 

I'd be more concerned if I was a Millennial who bought into the nonsense of going into debt for a worthless diploma.

Everyone...particularly retirees and millennials.

As a millennial what do I do as Boomers begin to offload some of their real estate holdings in less desirable locations?

And millennials continue to choose renting over owning.
