I use the TX bookkeeper @Chris Seveney is referring to for my main entity, but I use WaveApps for all my other entities, and they have a free plan, and also a wizard that can help you set up your chart of accounts. 

It takes a lot of phone calls and asking around, but you can normally find a local or regional bank that is willing to work with investors on these types of properties.MikeHi Mike, Im interested if you could send me more info pls :)
