After listening to his podcast, i reached out through 3 different venues and asked him to send me his list of wholesale properties in Port St.

You do not exactly need an invite, but as of right now the meetup.com group is the best way to stay in tune to what is going on and where upcoming meetings will be located because the venue has a tendency to bounce around town based on availability.
