What I am looking for at my age, is properties that will flow in the future to fund retirement travel, and MTR is where I am headed.But the reason for this post is I now need a structure(s) for what had been a concept. 

People have already moving to the Surprise/303 area in recent years.

Assuming I also use the Airstream for lodging while traveling for personal reasons, would I just take a pro-rated amount of depreciation for the amount of use that is business vs. personal?

I get that having a paid off property is very comforting, but to me it's not the best move if you're trying to grow. 20% down and 3% annual appreciation means you're making a 15% return on your downpayment. 

Is there a way to passively track mortgage rates on 5+ residential apartment buildings?   

The ages of these properties weren't built as side by sides, and when they do come up, they are supremely expensive, and catch a premium every single time.

I also know a guy that does a lot with creative financing on the I-5 corridor but he is mostly Wrapping them or fix and flips.

The problem with taking on a second property that needs work when you already have one is when major things break in both at the same time.
