there is nothing there, I own rentals in Merrill, Antigo, Elcho, Rhinelander and Woodruff, if I was going to do STR it would be Minocqua, St Germane Eagle River of Three Lakes, Tomahawk is dead and now dying with Harley Davidson dying a slow death.

jsut check zoning on STR .. in many of these resort towns there are pretty strict rules.My grandfather took me to the Dells in 1965 I still remember it fondly.. very cool we rode those duck boats LOL and watched the German shepard jump across a chasm.

Just to clarify, I'm sure Jerry saying "owner has exclusive control" he is speaking to the owner of the dog, not the owner of the property.A few years ago I had a similar occurrence, my German Shepard mildly attacked a neighbor in my home.
