Investigate how they are recognized in your state.

($3,300 on $460k = .71) Meaning, it's not an amazing deal, but it's a starting point worth investigating?

You want to investigate his track record and understand what he wants to do with that money.

If you are currently not willing to pay 50%, then I strongly suggest that we can get the repair service guy (professional plumber) investigate and determine this issue.

I had my assistant investigate this awhile back because some of our clients were getting payments in advance and some weren't.

Those are some great questions I'll need to investigate further.

I'm not too experienced just yet, but I've reached out to some partners to also investigate. 

You should be able to compare claimed sales against vendor invoices as a quick means of forensic accounting.
