Is there any other reason I may want to give such short terms given that I am also the part owner of the firm borrowing?

We're purely a bookkeeping firm and provide some fractional CFO services. 

The big tach firm's are working on models of other monetization, that's there way forward, how to capture the data and monetize it differently to create relief on reliance of sole monetization from the agent model.

Make sure you are creating everything your prior firm was on the same cadence.

Sounds odd they would let one of their promoters and clients have this happen to them.Chris depends on who the registered agent is.. its still up to the owner of the LLC to pay the renewal or do it on line.. your law firm generally does not do that for you unless your going to pay them.
