More ceiling fans, new appliances, new flooring, mow their lawn this summer, new fencing, bathroom makeover.Very tough for people to move. 

t hits the fan, you will be wishing you had that property management company assisting you with things.I know property managers and they tell me their stories.

Especially among those in the late fall season of life who have been "mailbox money" fans throughout their earning years, it is not uncommon to see rents MASSIVELY below market value and those same people boasting in their lack of vacancy. 

I'm not a fan. 

If XYZ Whale Watching Site is nearby, mention it a few times at least.Complementing that, you can also set up a Facebook fan page about the local area (Cape Coral Vacations!)

Kitchen/bath exhaust fans.Don’t buy a $50 exhaust fan for the bath or kitchen.
