The roof needs to last at least 3 years and it more than likely needs to be replaced and I need to update the panel box from fuses to circuit breaker.

The first was changing a small electrical sub panel which currently holds 2 fuses to an up to code breaker box.

Big box builders prefer the one-stop shopping programs while smaller builders are more flexible.  

An out of the box thought - buy your next primary residence or retirement house. 

I have used big box banks, credit unions, and regional banks.Walking in to a local branch and speaking with someone that knows your name and your business is priceless.

If I recall correctly the contractor said the box is tapped out meaning there was no space to put in any more breakers.
