Additional resources I'd recommend are:- The millionaire real estate agent by Gary Keller- David Greene's books from the BP Bookstore- The E-Myth by Michael Gerber*** These are not resources related to the course but are helpful for anyone looking to get into the business

We have our Guide Book on the counter in the kitchen.People like to have something to look through, plus other guests leave flyers from places where they ate etc. with notes like, "Great food" etc. written on them. 

Vrbo has free price automation software.I use Excel for book keeping.I don't pay for any third party software, not really needed on 1 or 2 properties.I charge a little extra for cleaning fee than actual cleaning costs.

Anything more than a gut job is a plus in my book, I assume the worst. 

They think because they're posting and asking questions, reading books, listening to podcasts, that they're taking action.

Lenders also have interest only options that could help with cashflow especially on acquisitions to allow you to get the listing up, and have your listing gain momentum (some listings start off slow while they accrue bookings, reviews, etc.)
