Hello everyone,Long time member, first time poster. It’s a long story and I’m writing this on my phone so I’ll skip some parts.Current residents in one of my units are not actually on a lease (mom is on lease but moving out leaving daughter there etc)I’ve already talked to them letting them know we will need to have a new lease signed with everyone living there to be on it.During our conversation, it was mentioned that one of them will be having a surgery soon and will be in a wheelchair for a while. They requested I add a ramp to the house (this is a double width mobile home). So my question is, do I have to add the ramp?
