Hello, Has anybody done bootcamp “90 Day Challenge to Buy Your First Rental Property” or “Rentals made easy” by Jessie Lang, would really appreciate if you could please share your experience, I could not find any reviews/feedback online. thank you.

There's currently no single source for MTR data, but my hope (and expectation) is that this will be changing soon.

I will be primarily wholesaling but I personally will be looking for Buy and Hold of single family and residential multi family units.

It appears TurboTax (downloaded version/Forms) doesn't have the capability to report an exchange of one residential rental for two residential rentals.I am entering this transaction myself through TurboTax, but I would appreciate feedback from the community on the correct forms that need to be filed.

I might be eating these words later, but as far as I can tell, at least here on the Oregon Coast and beyond the market crash everyone is waiting has not materialized. 

And for those who have a hard time finding good contractors, what would you say is the number one reason it's hard to find a good contractor and what would you suggest as a good fix for the issue?

@Omar Gutierrez  That's going to be difficult to find, especially on a loan amount so small. 

That's a good size area so I would continue to market and figure out which way can convert the best.
