I wonder, by your post, if you might not already own a home yourself?

Hi guys I was wondering if it is better to go to through a loan agent to compare loans or if it is better to go directly to two or three banks directly when getting a loan?

I wonder what the NJ landlords have to say about these "inspection" laws.

Take 10 people from across the country sharing about an awesome deal twice a month on this forum and then go out and take a look at your market and no doubt you will wonder where "all these great deals" are.

The house was vacant for several months during the buying process, and I wonder if that contributed to the problems.

I am a builder also and was wondering how many square feet each of your units had, per the plans?

Quite a few first time investors wonder which is better, buying short sales or foreclosures.

I was wondering if this happens to you, or if you actually think they have a real prospect for the property?

I wonder in 20 years what i'll be able to do.
